The People’s Convention 2020

Screen Shot 2018 12 10 at 8.28.35 PM - 2

The People’s Convention was a Smashing Success!

More than 400,000 people tuned in to the People’s Convention on August 30. A stellar line-up of speakers delivered a message of hope and determination, urging us onward toward our goal of building a new party free of corporate influence and power. A montage of video messages recorded by people from all walks of life, from all around the country, all telling their story, rounded out the convention message: “We need a People’s Party.”

During the coming year our members will draft a platform and decide on an official name for our party. Our organizing teams are already hard at work building local hubs, establishing a presence, and gaining ballot access. In 2021 we will be hosting our founding convention to establish the party, ready to run candidates in the 2022 midterms. In 2024 America will finally have the opportunity to elect a President who will serve the People.
